One of the reference books I actually use...and fellow physicians ask to borrow! It includes information on diagnosis, physical exam findings, medication dosages, needle gauge as well as step by step instructions on various common injections. I would highly recommend!

I am a Family Medicine resident supervisor and use this book on a weekly basis for teaching residents as well as an occasional quick reference for myself. Everything for each injection is on two pages. Good anatomy review for before doing the injection. I love the "recipe" section on each page, b/c I can tell my nurse, "Please draw this," and can be confident that I will get just what I wanted without having to write it down myself or clarify the concentration of steroid I want to use.

good reference

I had minimal exposure to joint injections in school so when I was hired at an orthopedic office I knew I was going to need a reference. This book was great! Nice illustrations, the basic information - no fluff, easy to navigate through.
