If your child loves Rainbow Magic books, you MUST get this book. My daughter loves the series and I don't think she went anywhere without this book for a good month or two after we gave it to her for Christmas. She loves learning things about the fairies and reading about other fairies she hasn't seen books for yet. She makes plans from this book of which series she's going to read next.

We have so many of the Rainbow Magic Fairy books I lost count! And there are still so many more to read thru! I have stopped buying the individual books that go 1-7 in a set and started going thru all the special edition ones, you get 3 stories in one book; and I usually can draw it out an entire week for nightly reading. They are very cute yet always predictable. I get very tired of this series over and over same thing, however to my surprise, my daughters (3&6) act surprised every single time! They have fun guessing how the girls will get the "whatever they need to get" back from Jack Frost and his nasty goblins. They are easy flowing and easy to read books and I would recommend them, they are addicting in the sense there are SO many different ones to read, you feel like you are missing something if you don't read them all.

Also in the special edition books such as this one Mia; they scatter 7 letters throughout the book and then you have to unscramble the to make a word pertaining to the book. My daughters love searching for the missing letters as I read. There are drawings on almost every page of the books, simple pictures, but they still love to look at them.

In this book, Mia the Bridesmaid Fairy; Rachel and Kristy are in a cousins wedding and of course things start going wrong...when Mia the bridesmaid fairy shows up and asks for the girls help to get back the 3 missing items that the Goblins hid in the human world. There are 3 stories made up of roughly 5-6 chapters a piece and each story pertains to one of the missing items. Its the same for all the special edition books.

My 7 year old daughter loves this series. We get a lot of the books from the library, but she really wanted to have her own copy of the Fairy Guide. However, we've noticed that there have been new books published for some fairies that aren't in the Fairy Guide.

Granddaughter loved it. She thinks she's a real fairy and assured me she knew each and every fairy mentioned. Good quality book material.

Our kindergarten granddaughter can't get enough of hearing us read these aloud. Cute series for little girls. This one came home from the school library loved to shreds, so I bought a newer copy to donate to the library.

I've enjoyed this series myself. It's fun to read, and the goblins and Jack Frost won't give you nightmares! The only problem is, it's like there are a whole bunch of fairies, and if their items are stolen, then the world will go crazy. That gets on my nerves, but the good thing is, it's fictions! Overall, I give it four stars.

My six year granddaughter did not like reading. Then, she read Rainbow Magic, which changed her total outlook. She read and re-read it
until that the cover and pages started tearing. I taped and taped until the whole cover was sealed with tape, as well as many of the pages.
So, I ordered this new one.

My daughter is a HUGE Rainbow Magic fan. She's read almost 100 of the books so far (we get them from the library.) She was ecstatic to get this guide for Christmas! She keeps track of all the books she's read and looks through the book all the time. A must have for any Rainbow Magic fan.
