Everybody thinks the people above them have it easier, but they aren't looking at the bigger picture. The theoretical route is on a map. But practically, there will be many obstacles, inclement storms, no breeze, rotting of food supplies, loss of morale of team and so on. Anyone of these can potentially sink the ship and kill everyone on board.

The White House released the United States' first strategy to address "ideologically inspired" violence in August 2011.
