grrrrr, tricked by the reviews again.. poor grammar on the kindle version.. and it was like falling into potholes... the story jumped all over the place.. the characters are all as deep as a puddle in a drought.. I have to force myself to continue... I don't recommend this at all
I can't work out if the reviewers of Lesbian Fiction are set ups or we have collective low expectations in novels

It took me a while to pick up this book to read it from cover to cover. When I think of missing children in a book, I have to be in the right frame of mind. But Trebelhorn brought this one to a timely closure and a somewhat happy ending. Liv Andrews and her hook up with pain in the butt Sophie Kane is a whole other story.

FBI background research and details seem rushed. The two agents seem like movie cutout characters, and acted weirdly aggressive in even mundane interviews with a possible suspect at one point.

Chemistry is mechanical, pace is sky high. They go from dislike to crush in days, in the book just a few pages. Introspection and character depth is almost nil.

Book is short, and a very fast read. Could have done with another hundred pages and slower pacing.

Not the best the genre has to offer. Would not recommend.

It's so easy
Although overall I liked the book, I did feel it left me with some missing pieces and that the story was either edited to much for an ebook or was rushed through. Since I love lesbian fiction, I did think it was a good read for a lazy day.

Loved this book. It's my first from this author and will read more from her. The book appealed to me and I loved the storyline.
Great book! Highly recommend this book!!

Maybe I've just read too many lesbian stories lately because after reading this one I've decided to take a break. It moved fast and I enjoyed the kidnapping point of view. The romantic story was the same as any other, nothing new, nothing there to keep me turning the pages. Overall, the book just bored me.
