Importantly, it includes an adequate bibilography so that the reader can easily pursue more specialized or more fundamental sources. I work in a corporate development department and deals with design reliability and warranty on a daily basis. This book gets right to the point and is very useful for solving my problems. The Excel templates are especially useful.
